Refunds & Exchanges

Hi there! Unfortunately we do not offer refunds as all sales are Final. However, we will happily exchange your earrings within 14 days of delivery as long as the earrings are in brand new condition.

To request an exchange, you can contact us at avesandbrit@gmail.com. If the exchange request is accepted, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item is damaged in shipping, the buyer is also responsible for the loss in value of the product.
